Seating and base look nice but over priced for what they are, and the description in your book is not correct. Your catalog lists the overall height as 31", "NOT SO". With the 16" base the overall height to the top of the seat is 35". You need to correct the overall dimentions in your catalog and on line. Also, in your catalog and on-line the picture of what I purchased shows the center sections of the seats and backrest to be rolled and pleated vinyl material, not so, what I got were all plain white vinyl seats. I would not buy these again and feel the item was misrepresented and over priced.

ordered gift certificate. expected to receive it in mail. waited several weeks before calling. was told they'd send it. it didn't come. after 2 more calls i was told they sent me a number by email that was the certificate and merchadise could only be ordered online. the gift was for christmas for recipient to use in our local store. i told them to keep the certificate and credit my checking account which they finally did.

I wanted the water ski in a hurry and ordered it with the appropriate expidited shipping. It was ordered in time to ship the same day. I did not recieve a shipping confirmation so I tried to contact the company using every available means with no success either by phone or e-mail. Someone finally e-mailed at night to say something was wrong with the order information. I could not contact them with a response either. I finally cancelled the order and recieved a confirmation of this the next day.

I found some great Christmas ideas and placed an order for a few T-shirts on Nov 26, 2007. Within two weeks I received and email that they hadn't forgotten about me and my order was pending. That same email arrived once a week until the end of January when I cancelled my order. I called and emailed customer service a few times, to no avail. They kept telling me that the manufacturer was the reason for the delay. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A COUPLE OF T-SHIRTS TO BE MANUFACTURED???? At one point, we received an email from a customer service rep that wasnt' even from Boater's World?????? When I replied asking them who they were, they apologized. For what????Where is my order???
Being a previous customer, I feel the company should have provided better service, offered a viable reason for the delay and coupon/discount for future items. I will never make a purchase again from Boater's World.

It would have been extremely helpful to know this product was backordered the moment I tried to order it. Your system took the order and then waited a week before I was notified it was backordered.
I was highly frustrated with the order over the next few weeks, however, your customer service was helpful. They responded promptly to my emails and need for assistance.

boxes were in rough shape. missing pieces . contacted boater's world live chat,they told me they would contact the warehouse and fix the problem which they did not follow through on. I had to do the leg work and contact thule about the problem myself.As far as the purchase they were great after the sale they dropped the ball big time.
