I ordered the cooler and paid for over night shipping which the man i spoke with assured me I would have it . It was in stock. I tried to track it the next day and couldn't get any information on it. I kept calling which no one answered even though your site says call anytime. I finally emailed and was told I wouldn't recieve it till the following week. I cancelled the order at that point and searched again on the web and found the same cooler through Marine Max and a local store check I did had one and I went and bought it. I'll stick with Marine Max from now on.I don't want to deal with a company who can't deliver when promised and I was still going to charge me the next day delivery even though I wasn't even getting it the next day.

False advertisement, still has not giving me a refund they said they would. The product was fine and the shipping was fine, but the accounting sucked and still does. I needed some additional items for my boat, but I bought them from another on-line boating dealer and it was a pleasure to have it all just work like it should.
I do extensive on-line shopping and the combination of boaters world and paypal made this one the worst I have ever had. By far, worse than all problems on all orders I have ever placed combined

Inspection and shipping of the rod was sub par. I think that you should have a quality inspector put a sticky label or stamp after they inspect the rod and before it gets shipped. The first shippment the rod was shipped in a tube and the large eyelet got crushed & broken. The second try was better in a cardboard box but the two eyelets were still bent over. I'm sure it came from the distributor that way. The third try was the charm. Inspection & packaging needs to have a serious look at. Pat in customer returns was a very big help and is why I would return to BoaterWorld .com.

Person on phone barely spoke english; had to spell my name
four times for him. For the few items we ordered it took
over 1/2 hour on the phone. Gave up on a few of the items and purchased at local store. Even there they were not aware of the sale items in the flyer we took with us. I would recommend that anyone shopping at BoaterWorld know the
exact items they need and what the products are capable of as the staff is not very knowledgeable. I received notice a week ago that some small backorders items were shipped. I still have not received them. Approx one month since original order placed.

I was unaware that I did not need to go to the catalogue sight on the web and could go directly to the website to find the items that I wanted. After speaking to an online account rep, the matter was quickly resolved and I was able to order quickly and effeciently. The items arrived even before I expected them! Thanks for making my first experience so easy!

The one thing I did not like was the E-mail I received the day after my order which said something to the effect that my order would be cancelled if I did not call your 800 number and confirm my order. I have purchased a lot of stuff on the internet and never have I had to call back the next day to confirm. I thought that was inconvenient and pissed me off.

The first attempt to place an order resulted in repeated calls to my home, sometimes twice a day, all asking for the same information. After a few weeks of "confirming" the information, I received a message that the item was not in stock. Except for this lack of communication between your employees and not notifying me that the item was out of stock anyway, coustomer service was excellent. Upon reordering and receiving the merchandice, the item broke before I even took of the tags. However, it was replaced; although, because of this experience, I am very concerned that it will break at any moment. I am not confident in the merchandice that you sell and, becasue of the excessive phone calls and your not notifying me that the first item was out of stock (the web site indicated in stock), I have no intentions of using your site in the future.

The order kept getting delayed and I was told that it was cancelled and that the product was no longer being made. Then I was charged for it and it was sent. I am very happy with the product and it is better then I expected.

There was a small problem.Your sight did not tell which credit cards you accept.I puy information down and it would not accept it so I tried a different card which worked.Two days in a row however I got e-mails stating the wrong number was used.The first call the girl had a different name and iteim ordered for the order number I had.She changed it but the next day another e mail about wrong number.I called again and the fellow I spoke to changed it.That time it worked because 2 days after I received the order.Unfortunately I can not comment on the product because it was something my son had on his Christmas list and he would know wheather it is good or not.
