The Model E-FS, Fish Scaler was ordered via the internet with no problems what so ever. This item was delivered prior to the expected delivery date, and was received in an outstanding packageing condition. The service I received from Bear Paw products was great and I will order additional items on a required basis.

i ordered the cleaner which was higher priced then i thougt but needed it and bought it anyway. shipping was quoted at one price but when sent it wasshipped at a price almost four times the rate quoted. take me off your email list i will never recommend you to anyone and will never buy anything from you again

I will NEVER deal with this company again: first when I wanted to return the shoes I could not take them back to a store, second when I called to find out what the process was to return had to talk to someone in INDIA Thats right INDIA isn't there someone who is out of work here able to do this work????? I thought paying $15 to try a pair of shoes on was a little much!!! Please take me off your list of any future emails.

MY INITIAL ORDER WAS FOR TWO CV45 LINECOUNTER REELS. UPON CHECKING MY ORDER, NOTICED THE ORDER WAS FOR A DIFFERENT REEL. A SECOND TELEPHONE CALL CORRECTED THE ORDER. APPARENTLY THERE WAS ONLY ONE REEL IN STOCK AND IT DEFAULTED TO A CV15 REEL. THIS WAS THE FIST TIME DEALING WITH BOATERS WORLD AND I WAS REALLY WORRIED I WOULD GET SCREWED BIG TIME IN THE ASS...THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. I RECIEVED EXCELLENT SERVICE AND YOUR STAFF THERE AT BOATERS WORLD WERE HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. I THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! YOUVE GOT MY BUSINESS FOR NOW ON...THANKS STAN
