From the begining boaters world was not able to help me with my order of track where it was or when it would ship. The whole experiance was a let down. When I called customer service thee sound like a broken record every time but have no answers that help. I will never shop from them again.

the seats colors don,t match. there was a rubbed spot on one of the seats that occured during shipping. boaters world was helpful their web site needs work.

The wrong color was sent without asking me if I wanted a substitution. The correct color was listed on the order form, but I ended up with a lime green shirt. I HATE lime green. I won't be ordering from them again.

THe product we received was damaged, incomplete in parts and had already been sent back to Boater's World once. We know this because there was a tracking invoice stating so in the box with the product.
I was very dissatisfied with the experience and was also upset that I had to pay almost $40.00 shipping to return it when in fact it was their defect. I would not use this merchant again.

I ordered the item with overnight shipping, but it was shipped ground instead, so I did not receive the item before leaving on vacation. When I contacted them to cancel the order they told me shipping would be refunded. It still has not been refunded, only the purchase amount. These guys suck.

I do much of my shopping on the internet. I have never had as bad an experience as I did with Boaters World. The order takers did not speak english well, and had no knowledge of the product line. I placed my order and was assured there would be no problem after explaining the shipping to them. I received an email every day for more than a week asking me to call and confirm my order. I did so each time and was assured there was no problem until well into the second week, when I was told they couldn't ship my order because of problems with the delivery address I had confirmed at least 9 times. I lost several weeks of boating and had to cancel the order. Overtons treated me right, and I ordered from them, it was cheaper too!

I ORDERED BACK ON AUG 25 AND NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. WHEN EVER I TRY AND TRACK THE ORDER IT SAYS "Unfortunately our system is unable to find your order. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please try again in a few minutes." BUT IF NEVER WORKS. ITS BEEN 20 DAYS AND I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHEN I EMAIL FOR HELP I NEVER GET A REPLY. ORDER #1042363

I ordered the cooler and paid for over night shipping which the man i spoke with assured me I would have it . It was in stock. I tried to track it the next day and couldn't get any information on it. I kept calling which no one answered even though your site says call anytime. I finally emailed and was told I wouldn't recieve it till the following week. I cancelled the order at that point and searched again on the web and found the same cooler through Marine Max and a local store check I did had one and I went and bought it. I'll stick with Marine Max from now on.I don't want to deal with a company who can't deliver when promised and I was still going to charge me the next day delivery even though I wasn't even getting it the next day.
