Site navigation is very good. Good to very good product descriptions. Not able to contact them by phone. This was a problem for me when I wanted to cancel an order before it had been processed. The system the have didn't act fast enough and I got the item and then had to ship it back. The upside of this is that they get orders out fast.

Very satisfied. One of the items was backordered, I sent an email because of a rebate deadline. Buy.com responded next day answerwd my question. They cancelled that particular order because I would not be able to take advantage of the rebate.

There is no phone number listed on their website. Nor they reply to Email always. Even if they reply, it is always late. No news on item that I returned. They just sit on the order for a week and does not let us cancel even after one day of order.

I have purchased from this company before and have always been satisifed. The order was a few days later than expected, but I did receive an email with tracking information and was able to follow the progress. All around I was satisfied with the order.
