I was supposed to get a 5% discount on the order, but apparently didn't because I had selected the cheapest mode of shipping (not knowing it would eliminate the discount). I asked to be charged for that shipping and to get the discount credited, but my request was ignored. I would not have placed the order had I known I would not get the discount. With shipping, the camera was missing in the original box received (paperwork enclosed indicating that the camera should have been there) and subsequently received in a second box, later than expected.
The rebate for the flashcard was never received because they indicated I hadn't sent the correct UPC code ... I sent the only one that came with the card. VERY FRUSTRATING.

I have shopped with Buy.com a few times and all but once things went very well. The only time I have had a problem was when an item was on backorder, it never came. I reordered the exact same item and it was shipped within a day.
