I saved $20 on the product I purchased through buy.com, the shipping was free and the product arrived in a timely fashion. It was an excellent transaction for me. Although I did not need to contact buy.com because everything went smoothly, I hope that if I would have had too, the customer service would be equally wonderful. My concern about on-line purchases would be bad customer service.
