My experience with buy.com is terrible, they false advertise their memory flash card and when they could not deliver- they just cancelled your order. However, part of this order was also a memory flash reader, that they shipped .. now I got stock with the memory flash reader and no memory card to read. The second problem is that I bought the memory card reader as full price to accomdate my purchase of the 500mg memory flash card, however, the next day the memory card reader went on sale for 50% of what I have paied for -- I emailed customer service and I got the response of sorry kiddo you can't return and we can't refund the difference between the sales price and the original price I paied. I would like to say that If I bought this product from Circuit City or best buy, they would refund the difference in no time. I learned my lesson -- never again buy on the internet from a company that has no customer service phone number advertised??!!..

Low stocks on the items of interest to me. If it is out of stock there is need to place the order immediately, just have an e-mail sent to you when it does come in to assure yourself that you are getting the lowest price. I saved $25 by cancelling the old order and re-ordering the freshly stocked item that was cheaper. But it also could be more expensive than when you placed your original order. Also make sure you check pricing on Froogle... just don't shop blindly.

Tried to buy the detector shown as "In Stock" on their website on 3/25. Still on backorder on 4/8...worse, after pointing out to buy.com that their website was incorrect in stating that the detector was "In Stock", I got a canned email twice saying that they were sorry and that they update their website every 24 hours. Item still shows "In Stock" on their website. I won't use them again simply because I won't deal with liars if I don't have to. Read more
