Pros: decent prices, easy returns system, a perfect match with the buy.com Visa!
Cons: few coupons, doesn't have the price guarantee anymore.

My shoping experiences with Buy.com are generally quite good. This purchase in particular was excellent; I received the product in about 3 or 4 days when the expected shipping time ws 7 to 9 business days.

GOod so far. I appreciate the free shipping on many items and that is why I purchase from buy.com.
But, if they send via USPS, the tracking numbers provided are not valid. Buy.com customer service even said they sometimes don't work. So why provide a tracking number that doesn't work. If they had just said "we shipped via USPS for free using a method that does not provide a tracking number" that would have been acceptable.
