A very unsatisfactory experience.
I ordered 3 books; when the box arrived, the packing slip showed that all 3 were enclosed in the box; however, one was missing --- only 2 were enclosed in the box.
I contacted them and was told that I would have to file a claim and reorder the book if I still wanted it.
(Good customer service would have sent the missing book ASAP and not made me wait or be inconvenienced).
I did reorder the book and I paid additional postage for it to be sent to me via 2nd Day Air; however, it took 4 days. I tried tracking it when it hadn't arrived in two days, and it was so confusing that I couldn't tell where the book went past the two-day delivery point.
I needed the book for a seminar but didn't get it in time.
I got two emails from them advising me (1) that they will credit me the amount of the 2nd Day shipping, and (2) that they will credit me the amount of the missing book.
I'm waiting to receive the credit. Read more

My experience started with excellent before three months
lately it is becoming misarable.
Please dont offer free shipping. it does not come forever.
charge shipping or offer a 5 day(max) free shipping if it is feasible.
Please dont lose customer with 12 day shippings
I will shop still more with buy.com and give another chance
because my previous experiences were impecable and excelent
