They have great prices and great discounts to repeat customers. However, their customer service is pretty poor, it is really hard to understand the representatives (think outsourced to India) and sometimes they are very unwilling to help. Also, their budget shipping is low (9 days) but they tell you that up front. Overall, though I wish their customer service was better, I keep shopping at Buy.com and have recommended them. Read more

I have purchased multiple products at Buy.com in the last 6 moinths. They are good. Many rebates and offers.
The current software product, Nero Photo Album is so poor and such a waste of time and money, I wish they had not offered it or at leat warned that the product computer-competancy rate is about that of a 5-year-old and not of any use for people older than that. Read more
