First I purchased a PC TV tuner card from Buy.com. I quickly received the correct product. The product didn't work and had to be returned. Buy.com's customer service was excellent, and they quickly refunded my money. I then purchased a hard drive. Two weeks have passed, and I still have not received the product. Apparently, Buy.com has used a company called APX to ship the hard drive. APX has a very poor system of package tracking, and inquiries with the company never got a response. I have a very high opinion of Buy.com, but they should stop using APX, and only ship via UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL or Airborne Express. Read more
