Good price, fast shipping and the product arrived in good condition. Looks like the order status information on their web does not get updated regularly, because my order status was still showing "new order" (and there was no tracking information) even after I received the product.

Someone left a very poor English message on my answering machine that I had to try and decipher. When I called, I spoke with someone who I couldn't understand (very poor English). She hung the phone up on me. My order was cancelled. I have since purchased and received the product from another Vendor. I will not even try to shop here again.

the only issue I had, was that when they shipped it, they set it up so that I had to be home to sign for it. The shipper could not leave it (even if I left a signed note at my house).
