the only issue I had, was that when they shipped it, they set it up so that I had to be home to sign for it. The shipper could not leave it (even if I left a signed note at my house).

I had (and am having an awful experience with the PalmOne store--bad merchandise, slow delivery, and as yet no refund for returned merchandise.) BuyDig is everything that the Palm store isn't--the merchandise delivered in 2 days, it worked, good condition and extradordinary price. WoW! It is delightful when you get an effective/efficient merchant!
