Prices are not the lowest available, but the service was excellent. Product selection is a little limited, but for this order, I got what I wanted and it arrived on time in good condition. I would definitely consider shopping there again.

I ordered using international VISA. I had to call to realize that they needed a photocopy of my VISA and passport. To have the merchandise arrive to my friend on time I had to change the shipping to next day delivery and pay the extra $20 for that. After all the photocopies faxed they were on time so I would use them again.

Buydig did everything that they were to do. Some of the product that I ordered was of their own brand (maybe) and not of the camera manufacturer. I paid to get it overnight and Fed Ex was late by an hour and 1/2. This made it so that I had to wait around the house and I missed having dinner out with my family because they were late. They didn't care when I spoke to the driver/delivery person. I don't know who requested it but someone requested a signature for delivery. I did not know this when I ordered but discoverd it when I followed the tracking. I live out enough that you could leave $100,000.00 on my porch and it would be there the next day. Next time I order anything, I will more than likely call to see what their shipping requires and then order it over the phone and not over the internet because you can't find out the requirements on the internet.

Excellent !!! Ordered over internet. No one called to sell me accessories I didn't want. No one called to confirm order. Order processed so fast that I had the product in my hands 50 hours later using the cheapest delivery system ($19.95). Perfect internet shopping.
