Based on other recommendations, I made my camera purchase (Nikon Coolpix 3700) with Buydig, and had no problems with their ability to fill the order, and to ship it out on time. There was the possibility of a one or two-day delay in receiving my order-- my shipping location differed from my billing location, and their website clearly stated this possibility. However, Fedex arrived at the door two days later, as expected, and the I've put the product to use right away.
The only concern I have is that the camera I got may have been a return or open box model-- I found a strand of hair on the camera wrist strap, and noticed that the rechargeable battery had already been charged. If it turns out it that this was a return/open box unit, it's a bit of an insult to not be informed of it. On the other hand, the price offered was anywhere from $25-$125 lower than most online and retail stores. The camera seems to be in excellent shape, and everything that was listed on the checksheet was in the box. I will buy again from Buydig, but unfortunately will always wonder if the item was in another customer's hand before mine. Read more
