Website crashed after final submission of the order on Sunday night. Ccustomer service never replied to inquiry of order complete or not. Order submitted again 2 days later and item received on Friday without issue.

no complaints so far. ordering was simple and product was delivered earlier than expected. i based my purchase from buydig on a bizrate review, their price and availability of the product. buydig passed the first test and hopefully i won't have to return the product to see how customer friendly they are after a sale. i'd shop there again.

They take longer to start shipping. This is the only concern i have with this store. I got a the items for a good price and in good condition what i was expecting. one thing that may bother one is that their return policy is somewhat strict. Seems the restocking fees will apply.

They were very fast, and had great service. Also great product. Only problem I had was didnt receive a tracking number, but that ended up being my fault because the email they sent it in got filtered. Would recommend highly.
