What I don't understand was that orders are shipped in 48 to 72 hours. I'm on 168 hours so far without a tracking number that was suppose to be e-mailed to me in 24 hours. I chose ground ship FedEx because New Jersey is a two day ship for me....

I did a lot of research on this camera and when I decided to buy, they had all I needed. I got my camera, upgraded storage card, and case. If I shopped at a brick and morter store, I would have only gotten the camera for the price I paid.

When I placed order. I received a comformation . The order never showed up.It was placed on 2-26-2004.I was informed of a 7 day shipping time. When I called to get a status.I was informed, that it was canceled.Due to my not answering ,some qestions.I rechecked my order form copy.it had the correct information on it.O.K. when I requested,to be connected to the order dept.because I still had interest in purchasing,the item,I was cut OFF. This has left a negative impression on me.I will go else were for the camera.I will remove this web site from my favorites .

The Web site is easy to use and have all the info I need about the product. Very reasonable price and the product was received half the time of what was communicated. The only drawback is that it did not give the direct link to the accessory that I ended up buying accessory from a package which had more than I need.

I bought a DV Camcorder from buydig.com. I had a few questions about which camera to buy and they provided me with good and very helpful customer service. The transaction was smooth and the prices were unbelievable. I received the order in a timely fashion and the camera was as expected. Overall, it was a hassle free experience with buydig.com and I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for cameras and other consumer electronics.
