One BIG gripe was that I bought "camera" package which included a large "high spee" compact flash card and deluxe carrying case. Well the case pretty much stinks, it hardly fits the camera. Could have gotten much better product at Walmart for the same price. The high speed card really irritated me. It is anything but high speed. The little cruddy starter card that came with the camera was MUCH quicker recording pictures. The website provides one of the best prices around for a digital camera. The particular model that I have purchased went through 2 price drops within a week, so in that sense it is competitive. The date that they give you for shipping is often earlier than expected. I think I got my order in 4 days instead of the proposed 7. The only reason I gave customer service a Fair rating is because I initially thought there were problems with my camera and decided to write to them. I have gotten an automated response, but have not received anything else. From other reviews, customer service was rated good, but that could be because they had called instead of sending an email, and due to the nature of my email, may have been difficult to respond. Although, any response would have been better than nothing. Regardless, I had figured out what was wrong, (really nothing was wrong), so I didn't need to contact customer service.
