One recommendation I have for you is that I would make the Fed-Ex delivery able to be signed for, if the purchaser signs their slip and asks. I missed Fed-Ex for 3 days, and it was because buydig had asked for my signature...so even when I requested that they leave the product, they would not because they could not.

The customer service person, who claimed to be the supervisor, had a "don't need you, don't shop here if you don't like it" attitude.
Because I was not home during delivery hours and they required signature for receipt of delivery, I requested that they ship it to my mom's place. They refused to do it and told me if I didn't like their policy then don't shop there. I ended up having to drive an hour to pick the package.
There are thousands other places where I can shop. I don't have to shop at a place that does not need my business. Read more
