My credit card was charged for product and shipping (FedEx second day) the day I placed the order, despite the fact that they did not have the product. Three weeks later the product was still not send. Each time I called the answer was that it will be send within the next few days. I believe they simply never had it in stock.
After cancelling the order completely I had to wait another two weeks for the return of money they charged to my credit card. I had a good experience with this merchant before but after this experience I will never buy from them again.

The only glitch in the system I experienced at BuyDig was that I received an order confirmation email that stated a shipping confirmation would follow with a tracking number when my camera was shipped. I did not receive the shipping email within 5 days of my purchase so contacted the company by phone to check the status of my order. The customer service was very helpful and my order arrived that very day!
