There web site claimed an item was in stock, so I placed the order. I received a confirmation within minutes. The next day, they sent me an email stating that the item was not in stock, that it was unavailable, and attempted to blame it on a supplier. On top of that, they stated that it would take up to two billing cycles to refund my payment!
Obviously, they do not actually keep items in stock, but claim that they do on their web site.

Abyssmal... I am telling everyone to stay away. You have only vaporware... no products. Your attitude is: "get the money, then ship nothing. Maybe the customer will go away." After many emails some stating my credit info was incorrect, delivery address incorrect, I finally called them and they confirmed my order. Long story short, it turns out the vacuum I ordered was not in stock. So I asked them to cancel my order and it took three emails from them to finally confirm that they cancelled my order. They suck! There were issues with the payment process and I was contacted three times by telephone and twice by e-mail.
My bank fraud department contacted me because unusual activity on my account concerning this transaction. The company submitted for payment and cancelled by Ritz Camera and Camera World. They were for the same order but different amounts.
They delivery was delayed and there were three different deliver dates for the three different kinds of storage media.
The operations of this company seemed to be disjointed and not efficient.
One follow-up was needed to correct a data error on my part of my account number. The additional two telephone calls and e-mails to verify the one change seems a bit excessive.
Also, with the items in my order supposedly in stock at different warehouses, I do not understand why there was a seven day difference in the delivery of the first to third item. Read more

They had no way to track the order. They send it off to their supplier and then have no clue as to when it will be sent out. All they say is: "The order is fine".
I waited about 10 days, Heard nothing from them, as to when or if it was sent out, then cancelled the order. The rep on the phone was nice but said "Well, if it comes just refuse delivery" About a week after I cancelled it, FedEx delivered it - and I refused it. I had already purchased other cables.
