This is one great place to shop if your looking for anything in the camera field. I really appreciate the nice layout and ease of shopping. I will definitely buy here again whenever I need anything else for my camera.

The CameraWorld website advertised the mp3 player as in stock but after I ordered it I was informed that it would be coming from Rio and there was no estimated ship date. A month after I ordered the player, I called CameraWorld, told them I considered it false advertising and "amazingly" the mp3 shipped the very next day. The Camerworld website continued to show the mp3 player all month as "in stock". When I ordered the player, I tried to use the website but couldn't since I was also using a coupon I had received from a previous order ($400 camera). So, I endured about 30 minutes of giving the order taker information, waiting, giving more information and finally finished - annoying at best! During the month, I sent several emails asking about order status but was sent generic, standard email responses that indicated no one had checked. I have had good service in the past few years from CameraWorld but will likely never order from them again.

Have been sold and moved since I last purchased from them. I live in Oregon and try to purchase local. Years ago Camerworld was located in Portland. Oh well, time marches on.

Abyssmal... I am telling everyone to stay away. You have only vaporware... no products. Your attitude is: "get the money, then ship nothing. Maybe the customer will go away." Also you have very little regard to customer service, corporate policy is to treat the customer like dirt and they will just leave you alone.
