Camera received had a faulty chip and/or a broken mechanism, Camera World was prompt in issueing a replacement and crediting my return.

After completing our credit card transaction, we later received an email saying that we had to call to complete the purchase. So we did. First of all, the people we called barely spoke English. Second, they passed us around, kept us on hold, and even disconnected us once. Third, they didn't ask for any information that wasn't provided on the payment form, essentially wasting our time.
Once the billing hassle was done I received an email saying that my camera would ship the next day and that I'd receive an email with the tracking number once it does. I got the email as promised but there was no tracking number. So I replied (to the customer service address) but didn't receive a response until after I received my camera.
The shipping was fast once I got through the billing process. The price was good as well. I didn't get the additional warranty because the site didn't tell whether it picks up after the manufacturer warranty or if it's concurrent.
I will not be a cameraworld, ritz or related company customer again.

I have ordered two times previously and could trust the service. This time was a phone in coz this computer has a few problems. I was unable to find customer comments with the products as were published in the past. Have these been eliminated? We were not expecting this product to arrive here till wednesday but it got here to our surprise two days early. Thank you

This is my second purchase with this on-line merchant. They have excellent customer service. Even though the camera I bought this second time was shipped without a memory card, they followed through immediately when I contacted them about it and are shipping the missing item themselves. I highly recommend Cameraworld.com.

In my shipping confirmation via e-mail, I would have appreciated a tracking number, so I would not have had to contact CameraWorld by phone wasting my time and theirs to find out when my order was to be delivered.

While the camera delivered didn't show any damage it didn't work. It was returned for exchange, and instead of exchange they credited the credit card account, then they posted a new charge with a message that a replacement had been shipped. The camera was ordered on 12/17/05, and the replacement has not arrived. I had already purchased another camera from another dealer, and will refuse delivery of this camera.

I got excellent service, there was a problem and my order was shipped 5 days after i submitted the order, also the tracking number, never worked for me, i tried to track it via usps, and couldn't.
