HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Ordered a battery for my camera on 4/20, it went out on 4/28. They never told me it was backordered. So I waited. Started sending emails and calling around 5/10. Bad customer service. They told me I had to wait 10-14 business days M-F, not USPS business days M-Sat. If my package wasn't here by 5/18 they would send out a new one or refund my money.
So 30 days later. No battery. No apology. Just a refund.

Pay the extra at a company that cares about customers. The extra money that is spent will make more people happy.

Terrible customer service. It seems to me that they provide fraudulent/misleading information just to get your money. Battery doesn't fit what they claim it does. Based on information on their website, I ordered a battery for my camcorder. It arrived -- 3 days after promised -- and it didn't even work with my camcorder. My camcorder wasn't even listed on the battery package. I contacted them, their information was false, misleading and fraudulent, yet they refused to provide return shipping for the battery. It was their fraud, yet they wanted me to pay to return the battery to them that was not as promised. The invoice clearly states the battery type and it's not what was sent. They refuse to answer my emails!
