Pros: Can find almost anything, can sell almost anything Cons: A lot of the same stuff now for sale
I've been buying/ selling on Ebay for about 4 years now. I must admit, in the beginning I liked it a lot better. The fees were lower, you could relist items that didn't sell once for free, and the competition wasn't so high. Still, it has been a good...

Pros: Huge diversity of products. A collectors dream! Great way to clean house! Cons: Buy beware, but then you have do be careful at brick and mortar stores too!
I see nearly 1000 opinion written here! This makes the statistical merit of the high rating quite meaningful. With so many users Ebay has become the premiere venue for collectors of all kinds, bargain hunters and sellers of products no longer needed....

Pros: Obscure items and some good deals Cons: Fees sometimes a bit high; personal touch is gone; too much repetition
I loved eBay when I first saw it a few years ago. I could find used computer equipment, cheap comics, and old toys, and sometimes get some pretty good deals on them. The auction model is a good way to go - it's supply and demand in action, and the...

Pros: Interesting products Great Place to Sell Cons: none
I, like many others, scour the net to find ways to make a little extra cash. For me, Ebay has proven to be the most profitable site. I have to put in little effort and generally get a really decent return. And, of course, Ebay’s selection of products...

Pros: Great way to find hard to find items, sell all your stuff you don't want Cons: Shipping can be a pain and ebay costs can get high.
I have been using ebay for over 2 years now, both buying and selling and I have found it to be a great service, as long as you are a knowledgeable buyer or seller. For buying it can be very nice, especially when you are looking for something rare or...

Pros: As a seller (and buyer), it's great to have access to the #1 auction. Cons: There are more sellers now, and maybe less buyers.
As a new seller (and buyer) at ebay.com, I have found that this site is where the auction action is. Not only have I found just about everything here in the way of antiques, I have found that ebay can be a good resource for reaching buyers for those...

Pros: Buy and sell anything, solid, safe process for purchase, well-known for good service Cons: Theres always that slight worry about sending your credit card number over the internet
Other auction sites just can’t match up to the strength and greatness of EBAY. With over 4.3 million items to choose from and thousands more being added each day, how are auction companies supposed to compete with that! It’s almost impossible to not...

Pros: My #1 site with Epinions coming in #2 Cons: Nonpayers and Nondelivered goods
There is only one site I like more than epinions and that is Ebay. I will not go through the usual what it is how it works here. There are many an epinion that speaks to the ABCs of Ebay, and you would almost have to be a internet Newbie to not have...

Pros: you'll find just about everything you could imagine Cons: difficult to update 'about me' page; small fee is involved for sellers but it is minimal
eBay is, without a doubt, the largest garage sale in the history of mankind. You will find everything, and I say this from personal experience, you could possibly imagine on this site.
Need to update your record collection? Try eBay. Need...

Pros: Easy to navigate, great tools, fun! Cons: Can be a little overwhelming for a new user
Like everything on the Web (everything in life really), Ebay has had its share of horror stories. However, it's really like a lot of things in life: know what you're doing, exercise a certain amount of caution, and you'll have a blast.
I...

I was a reluctant first-time user.
Although I had certainly heard of Ebay (I don't live under a rock), the thought of participating in an online auction seemed, well, chancy. My first purchase was doll clothes for my daughters' "My Twinn"...

Pros: Some good deals, easy to use, safeguards usually prevent fraud. Cons: Some lousy users wreck it for many.
Although I'm only an occasional eBay user, I have used the service for numerous years now and have generally purchased more then I sell. Over the years, however, I have also learned alot about eBay, and unfortunately, about it's downfalls as well as...

Pros: user-friendly, lots of items for sale Cons: very popular!
Get those credit cards away from me!!! I've been addicted to eBay for only a few months but it feels like forever! I just can't get enough. I started using the service last spring to find some Cherished Teddies bears that I collect. After winning...

Pros: Way too much choice Cons: spend way too much money
I have heard of this auction internet site time and time again, but that's it.
Until last week, when the pc was playing up and very few sites I requested were available, I was taken to Ebay by a search engine, and was hooked immediately....
