Horrible

We ordered a nautical clock from this company. After months we were informed that the clock was no longer available and we'd get a full refund. That was two months ago and after numerous phone calls we have still not received a penny of the $500.00 plus we spend on this item. They seem absolutely indifferent to our requests and make comments like "Yeah, we'll I'll leave a note on bookkeeping's desk."
Do business elsewhere.

KK Music Store (Ebay Power Seller) sold me a Pocket Trumpet then sent me a defective model. I sent emails back to them with clear instructions what not to send me under any circumstances they agreed. I returned the defective trumpet then they sent me another defective model. Said they would refund my money but I'd have to pay their shipping & handling costs $30 plus approx $17 of my own money to ship it back.
Company is selling Trumpets which have outside lacquer
inside valve chambers to unsuspecting students who don't
know any better. They say the reason the outside lacquer is inside the valve chambers is for looks which is
absurd.
Ebay now knows this is happening & does nothing they claim they are a neutral 3rd party.

Prompt and courteous service. Scooter was delivered as promised.Provided a great selection of merchandise. Great overall value. I had some damage with the merchandise when it arrived and their customer service responded promptly and took care of the problem. Would recommend and buy from them again.

STAY AWAY! Been in this business for 30 years. Bought a RAID enclosure and it was/is defective.
I was told by "RAD" that I was an idiot and that I shouldn't be using what I don't know about. His opinion is that everyone that doesn't know how to use his "products" (99% of which are available elsewhere)are idiots and he'd rather not have them as customers.
I had to send the unit back and I don't expect to see it - or the money - again.

It failed in 8 months and we could not get parts.

We purchased a Eureka 4D on March 3, 2005. It quit working in late October of 2005. I called Eureka and was referred to a local warranty service provider. I left the vaccuum with them on October 31, 2005. As of this writing on December 12, 2005 we still do not have that vaccuum cleaner because they do not have parts for it in the US. We had to buy another vacuum cleaner to get through Thanksgiving.
I have been in touch with Eureka parts department and customer service a few times to confirm that the part (#72396 jump cord) was not available. It has been apparently backordered from Asia and probably won't be here until January.
On November 29, 2005 Mike at Eureka assured me that he would expedite the part or a new vacuum immediately. On December 12, 2005 I still had neither and was told that I would have to wait for the part.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MERCHANT!!!! they will sure take no responsability for their mistakes and will not credit back for merchandise never recived!.,....I now have to dispute charges with the credit card company......THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ADN MR> TAWIL IS A LIAR>.....the order was wrong. they lied about the year that the car seat was made....and they ignore you.

I purchased a $3300 stereo receiver. Wrong receiver was delivered. They admitted this and claimed they didn't have the one I wanted. I was charged on my Am Exp. for receiver. When I returned the receiver they charged a $595 restocking fee even though the item was not the one I ordered. Am Exp. tried to help but said they "are not in position to dictate a merchant's policy". This was a TOTAL SCAM, and I'm out $595.

My experience with the eBayer, 3balls.com, was the best in very long time. The Never Compromise Voodoo Daddy putter was listed as 'used', but it was in 'brand new' condition when I received it. I won the bid on 11/23, paid on 11/25 and received the king of all putters on 12/1.

Ebay is defanitly a good place to buy and sell stuff. Everything is so much cheaper on their website. You just have to be careful of who u buy from .I make sure the person I buy from atleast has 99 percent postive or 100 percent postive. Those are the good sellers. I always have a great experience with Ebay and Paypal.

I had a good impression of the equipment, it has a good range and has a great look. The manufacturing quality is excellent, which does justice to the manufacturer's reputation. The funds are well diversified and easy to understand. The manual is quite complete, even for novice users. The performance is very satisfactory and exceeded my expectations. I will never shop on ebay again. I have bought and sold on ebay for years, but I never really thought about what would happen if I got ripped off. I made a purchase from an ebay store fireprints.com. They sent me a picture that was framed crooked, when I called them to complain, the lady was very ugly and refused to fix my print. The next day when I signed into my ebay account I noticed my profile said that I had not purchased anything in the last thirty days. I found out that fireprints had closed there ebay account and opened a new one. Well, that meant I couldn't leave any feedback on my purchase and there was basically nothing I could do. They ripped me off and I couldn't even let other users know about it. That opened my eyes. Just because someone has positive feedback doesn't mean anything, they could have done the same thing as fireprints. EBAY is not protecting there buyers. An account should not be allowed to be closed when an order is in process.
