Although MCSPORTS.COM doesn’t offer the prettiest of Web sites, it is very user friendly and well organized. Most of their items are available with free shipping and they accept coupon codes, which is always a plus. While browsing through online store, an “Info center” feature appears on the side of the web page, which includes features such as a Buyers guide and sizing/selection information.

My shopping experience with mcsports.com was exactly how an online shopping experience should be: The price was excellent for the item purchased, processing of the order was very fast, shipping was free via UPS Ground and the item was packed well for shipment, and the item that was ordered was exactly as described (e.g., size, color, style, and brand new). Also, I was able to use a coupon code that took an additional $5 off of my order.

Thankfully, I cannot comment on customer service at mcsports.com because everything with this order was perfect. If I did have a problem, I’m sure I would really appreciate MC Sports offers free shipping on shoe order returns; this is a must when purchasing shoes online.
