i was nervous about shopping this merchant because in other reviews I learned that they called you bsck to confirm the order, and ask if you wanted any accessories. I was not looking forward to any high pressure sales pitches. But i was pleasantly suprised. I ordered the camera on a sunday, received the call on monday. She simply asked, do you want any accessories. No. Okay we will ship your camera out. The next day I revieved the camera. I was very pleased.

This was an easy and satisfying transaction, especially after getting burned last winter by another online merchant had made me wary of ordering online again. The morning after I ordered, I received a brief call from Profeel to confirm the transaction. The next day, my order arrived, much to my surprise. Everything was included, along with a bonus t-shirt.

We were very pleased with the purchase. A bit disappointed that they did not have a digital camera that we ordered but received the other two cameras that we wanted. We actually had the items sooner than we expected before the order was placed. Very satisfied with Profeel.

I received a partial shipment of my order by mistake. I called Profeel to let them know, and they returned my call the first thing the next day. They were both courteous and apologetic when they discovered the error. They immediately shipped the missing items express at their cost... no questions asked. Excellent company.

The product, a Fuji FinePix F700 Digital camera, was advertised to be in stock on the merchant's web-site, but was not. Merchant encouraged me to hang on repeatedly for 2-wk allotments as they were expecting another shipment. After 60-days of waiting, I cancelled the order. At least one email sent to the merchant inquiring about the status of my order was ignored. BAD experience with this merchant!

Profeel confirmed my order immediately by E-mail and followed up the next morning during business hours with a phone call. I was then able to ask their representative some questions about my order and also add something at a discount rate. My experience with Profeel was very positive.

My complaint has to do with the delay in receiving the product. I was told that it would arrive on a Thursday. When it did not arrive on Thursday I tried to call only to find out that the office was closed until Sunday afternoon. When I did not receive the camera on Friday or Sunday I have to admit that I was not very happy. I ordered the camera especially from you because you did have the lowest price and good reputation. But I never received the camera before leaving on our vacation to the Bahamas.

Placed order on-line. They called next day to verify order and shipping address. I requested US Mail vice UPS delivery since I was using a P. O. Box. Two days later, package arrived cross contry via Priority Mail. Great service, great product, great price. As an aside, all the other lower priced offers were on factory refurbished cameras, even though their advertising specified only new products. Profeel was the cheapest factory fresh supplier. No pressure to buy accessories. Nice clean operation.

Good experience. Camera I wanted was out of stock almost everywhere. They notified me imediately that it would be about 10 days before they got more in stock. The camera & accessories arrived within that time in perfect condition.

Ran out of the item when I order even though the website showed it as available. But they quickly informed me. Also they kept me informed all the time, even called me at home when the Canon was restocked.
As a whole, I'd say this has been a very positive experience and would not hesitate to buy from them again.
The package arrived in good condition and I have been very satisfied with this company. I would rate them 9 out of 10 or if you prefer A-.
