Prices were very good, customer service was excellent, just waiting to receive my product and tracking number. Everything from this company so far has been top notch.

Would urge caution. For this purchase, the web site offered free shipping. I paid an additional $10 for Priority shipping. Profeel shipped the camera by ground. Their explanation is that the ten dollars ensures "that it goes out the same day as ordered" They went on to say: "Also, please be aware that we ran low on sd500 and we are awaiting the next batch in a few days. You were one of the lucky ones to get one. That is because you paid the priority shipping."

Oh well, live and learn, but I certainly do not feel lucky.

I placed my order by phone. The customer service representative, Esther, was very helpful. I placed my order for a digital camera and a memory card on Monday and I received my order by Thursday. The items were packaged well and were exactly what I ordered. I am very satisfied with profeel and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

I purchased a Canon Digital Rebel XT from Profeel and am completely happy with the experience. I place my order with Esther who was knowledgeable and courteous - there was no pressure to buy more accessories. An email confirmation was promptly received along with tracking information for the shipping. The camera arrived exactly when UPS said it would and works perfectly.

So, if you wish to purchase a camera at a good price and without problems, I recommend that you call Esther at Profeel. I certainly will for any future photo needs.

These guys are just another price switcher. price on website is jacked up because there is a rebate. This is a very poor business practice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS company.

I ordered the canon sd550 digital camera on Sunday and the next day received an e-mail confirming my order. The following day got another e-mail with the UPS tracking number. I got my camera in 5 days. My camera was well packed and in perfect condition. Profeel had the best price with excellent reviews. I would definitely shop here again and I would highly recommend Profeel to anyone.

Profeel delivered the camera and other items in a very timely manner. The order was taken accurately. The memory card was out of stock and back ordered. In this case they offered to substitute a larger memory for a very reasonable price. I declined and they refunded the cost of the original memory card to my credit card. I am very pleased with the camera and the courteous manner with which they treated me.

I order my digital camera on Saturday and received confirmation same day. A day later ups tracking info was sent out Monday(items was received on Friday). Item was order by someone else and Profeel was very thorough to verify info. I was nervous about ordering $$$ items from e-store but am very satisfied with overall experience with Profeel. Everything was exactly as described, also included sales receipt(if you ever needed a receipt for rebate purposes etc). Very happy with my camera and Profeel's competitive prices and service.

I placed an order for a Canon Rebel XT Digital Camera and in the remarks section noted that I was not interested in buying an additional accessories at this time. Within a few hours of placing the order I received a customer service call and the first thing she said was, "I'm not trying to sell you any additional items." Wonderful - a Customer Service Rep who actually reads what the customer wants/doesn't want! She asked if I would like the all black camera (I ordered the less expensive black/silver frame) for $5 more. I said no because the color wasn't an issue with me - they both performed the same. She then asked if they were out of stock of silver (because they had been shipping a lot lately) would I mind a replacement of the black one instead so as not to delay my order and I said that was fine by me. I received my camera today and it was the all black one - so I got it for the same price after all. She was very pleasant on the phone, received camera in excellent condition - overall great shopping experience!

My contact (Esther) was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in confirming specifications of the 2 options I had in mind. Once the choice was made the order was dealt with in a most efficient manner and with no undue sales pitch on purchase of unwanted extras.
The price was not the lowest but then the lowest prices are most often scams.
Delivery (free in my case) was extremely efficient in 1 day and a subsequent add-on in 2 days.
This was a very satisfactory transaction and I would certainly make this my first choice for future purchases of this type.

This was my first time purchasing a product through the Internet. I purchased a digital camera from Profeel and they gave me an awesome experience.
I placed my order on Monday night. No phone calls were necessary after this and
by Friday UPS was delivering the camera at my place.

Just received my order today. I received the order in the time promised. The additional "NB-3L" battery I ordered and shipped by Profeel (for the Canon SD 500) is not made by Canon (mfg. by Power 2000). Profeel should make it clear they are using a Canon part number but shipping an after market part. I have not yet judged the capacity of this second battery.

I did extensive research over a two month period of time, I found that PROFEEL had the best overall price on the Olympus Stylus 800. Not the cheapest camera but the best value overall- evaluating the total price with shipping, extra 1 Gig Photo Card, Case, 5 year Mack warranty and extra battery. The next closest competitor was over $60 more on the total package. All the other sites were over $100 more on the total package. I ordered on a Monday Morning and Wednesday the camera was delivered, well packed and exactly as stated. I would reorder again. Awesome service, no trying to up-sell, product as ordered, best price what more can you expect from any one. 5 Star Service

Excellent!! I ordered on a Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. Had my tracking number by 5:00 p.m. that evening. It was delivered on that Friday!!
