Site and Service:
I ordered a home gym from Sportchalet.com. I received a confirmation quickly, and another one once my item was shipped (one business day after my order was processed in my case). It was a smooth process navigating around and proceeding with the checkout. Contact info was available but not used, b/c it wasn't needed.

Shipping:
One thing that stumped me a bit was the freight company they used. They provided shipping info and so forth, including a tracking #, but their site (the shipping co.'s) was not up to date, anytime I checked my status it stated "on the dock." I figured they just forgot all about my package, I was getting ready to call customer service... but out of the blue, just under two weeks after I placed my initial order, my home gym was at my front door! A lot quicker than I anticipated.

I would recommend ordering from the site. It was fast, easy and safe. Plus it was way easier than shopping at the actual store, my local store has some dum-dums in it.
