All was well except that I thought I had requested shipment to my office in Lafayette, LA and the shipment went to my billing address. It did not present a problem and perhaps it was my error. The end result was good!

I purchased a used study guide and it arrived with answers written in throughout. I didn't expect that as before I've bought used books which have highlighting but not written in throughout. Now I know better. Otherwise great service overall.

One book was purchased through Textbooks,com and the other was purchased through Barnes and Noble/Textbooks.com. Both experiences were excellent, no problems experienced and both items received in great condition on or before the promised date. Certainly plan on using them again next semester.
