One book was purchased through Textbooks,com and the other was purchased through Barnes and Noble/Textbooks.com. Both experiences were excellent, no problems experienced and both items received in great condition on or before the promised date. Certainly plan on using them again next semester.

The only complaint I have is that a phone nuber is not on any written or e-mail material. I had to navigate through the web site to get the number, not remembering my password made this more difficult. The question I had was only able to be answered by the cusomer service person.
