Wrong book received. Called and they said correct book was in stock and will be sent to me. Received email that correct book was on the way. Then, next day received call that correct book was not in stock. Only offered a 10% credit for wrong book sent and would not honor my request for price match to another online bookstore for price that I could have gotten for the correct book (with correct ISBN).

The webpage shopping was very easy. I found required textbooks easily. The page included information about which edition it was and any other information I needed in order to insure I was purchasing the required textbook. I love the guaranteed buyback program. I saved over $50 on the two books I purchased. I would definitely use this service again.
