Wrong book received. Called and they said correct book was in stock and will be sent to me. Received email that correct book was on the way. Then, next day received call that correct book was not in stock. Only offered a 10% credit for wrong book sent and would not honor my request for price match to another online bookstore for price that I could have gotten for the correct book (with correct ISBN).

At the checkout page, I first had an address to which UPS shipping was free. Then, since I wasn't at that address at that time, I decided to ship my package somewhere else.
Well, after I clicked "Place Order," it brought me back to the same page telling me that Free UPS shipping was not available to that address and that I would need to pay almost $10 for USPS Priority Mail shipping. AND THE OPTION FOR PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING WAS ALREADY SELECTED WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF DESELECTING IT.
Then, I said to myself "HECK NO!" So I put the previous address in the box hoping that it would recognise the new address and not charge me for shipping.
Well, guess what? I was charged almost $10 bucks for my package to be shipped to a place where it could have been for free. Plus, it didn't even have tracking available.
It was totally their fault for not allowing me to deselect the box. Then I tried calling them but on that day they were closed, so I called on the next morning (I even got up at like 6 a.m. to try to get them before my package was sent) and they said that they weren't able to do anything for me and "to pay more attention in the future."
I'm a freaking college student with barely enough money to pay for classes and books, and I just don't need be wasting 10 dollars in unnecessary stuff.
Oh well, lesson learned: DON'T EVER BUY FROM TEXTBOOKS.COM AGAIN.

We ordered 3 novels and a text book. The text book was unavailable which did cause problems---I wish we would have been told instantly that it was out of stock.
