Many of the other reviews posted here describe NetFlix in great detail, so I won't add extra redundancy.
I've used NetFlix for most of a year now and although I'm mostly satisfied, there are some things to consider when you decide to sign up....

Netflix provides a great service for movie buffs at a fair price; however, their customer service sucks and consumer awareness is nil! I recently purchased a Sony DVD/VHS combo machine because I got hooked on "Queer as Folk" and the Third Complete ...

Netflix is wonderful if you only need to watch films on a casual basis. I had to watch about 3 movies a week for school and at first the shipping was speedy but as the semester progressed, it got worse. It is very easy to order and the Queue list is ...

Having been with Netflix for 3 years, I ended up switching to Blockbuster to try them out. They had a good offer for $14.99 a month for a year, plus the two in-store coupons that can be used for games, too. So this review is really how much I miss ...

We joined up with Netflix about a year and a half ago and I've had very very few complaints. In fact, when I get the email notification that a movie has shipped, I can always count on getting the movie a day before they say I'll get it. For instance,...

Kids, I know that I've been away for a bit. I usually pound out a few online store reviews a week, but lately I just haven't had the time. I've been watching movies. High quality DVD movies. I get em in the mail, watch them and then send them back....

I have never been more happy since I joined Netflix. No more late fees, no fighting over who's going to return the movies and I haven't yet had an incident where Netflix does not have a title I want to see.
My husband and I love to watch...

I used to be their n1 fan, spreading the word on how wide was their catalogue, how convenient their service was. well this time is over. In a nutshell, that's why: - after about 6 months, their average delivery time jumped from 6 to 11 days. When ...

I love netflix! Netflix is a DVD service that is billed on a monthly basis. The cost depends on how many movies you want to have "out" at a time. I personally use the 5 out option, which means I can have 5 movies signed out to me at a time, this would ...

I have used Netlix on and off for about three years. My personal experience with Netflix and the experience of my friends has been that Netflix seems to give preference to the new customers by sending them more new releases while letting older customers ...

Your trial period will be great but after that good luck! With shipping times to the east coast you pay about the same or more for rentals as you would at blockbusters.Plus all new titles are always on the short wait list(which is not a short wait).I live...

I have been a loyal customer of Netflix now for 2 years. During that time, their service has varied considerably. I am now considering canceling my membership because (a) availability of titles has just become appalling and (b) their customer service...

Initially, Netflix worked wonderfully well, especially during my trial period. It was so convenient, and their selection of movies was solid, although often a little bit behind the video stores.
All was well, but in the past two months,...
