Pros: Great inventory and convenience of selecting and renting from home.
Cons: Netflix.com recent changes has reduced the value of their service to customers.

I believed Netflix was my answer to finding a way to eliminate late fees on DVD movie rentals and keep favorites as long as I liked to watch whenever and as often as I wish.
