Pros: Great inventory and convenience of selecting and renting from home. Cons: Netflix.com recent changes has reduced the value of their service to customers.
I believed Netflix was my answer to finding a way to eliminate late fees on DVD movie rentals and keep favorites as long as I liked to watch whenever and as often as I wish.
Now, I believe they (and I) are victims of their success.

Pros: Good online selection.
Earnest customer service. Cons: Inconsistent delivery.
Weeks to East Coast.
Unannounced price increases.
Inventory not being maintained.

NetFlix is absolutely awesome! Its easy to select and put DVD's into your queue. The basic plan lets you have three out at a time. The movies typically come a day before they say they will arrive. You watch them and take as long or short as you want....
