Pros: I have yet to find one Cons: Too many concessions to make; potentially a large waste of time
A couple things you won't learn on Priceline's website:
· Priceline rejects 93% of bids. Of course, this includes the people who bid $1 for a plane ticket, so it's not a very meaningful statistic.
· They trace your request by credit card...

Pros: This is the cheapest way to fly, especially flying on short notice. Cons: It's economy all the way. You will not be getting any luxury perks.
Priceline.com is the easiest way I have found for getting cheap airline tickets, in a short period of time. I say this with a few caveats:
1.You need to be flexible. I wanted to fly from San Jose to Newark. I had to fly out ASAP, but...

Pros: Perfect cheap tickets if you can be flexible. Cons: You mustbe flexible.
I have to admit it was with some hesitation that I decided to try to get my family of 3 from Seattle to Tampa and back using Priceline. I am an avid web researcher and with airlines posting all of their fares on the internet these days I spent some...

Pros: Easy access, user friendly, big money saver with no "middle-man." Cons: No guarantee of flight times until AFTER you're locked in to pay.
I am a married, working mother with two children (nine years apart), also a home-owner with two dogs, a cat, lots of fish, and plenty of stress. After six long years of dedicating "extra" money elsewhere and no "family vacation", my hubby and I decided...

Pros: PRICE! Convenient, good service Cons: can't specify flight times, must have a layover
I saw Priceline advertised on billboards. I saw it recommended on a television finance show. I even visited their website and read all the details, over and over again! I still was not convinced.
But time was running out. I tried numerous...

Pros: Very easy to use, quick response on success or rejection, really nice deals possible Cons: None
I want to concentrate on an experience with airline ticket purchasing at Priceline.com. Though, a complete overview of the company's web site's features will be added at the end of this review.
Intro
Off-season is the perfect time...

Pros: Can get good bargains Cons: Can get stuck with bad flights or in poor hotels
Priceline provides a reasonably good service for those who can easily vary travel plans. Not so long ago, they offered even more services but they apparently bit off way more than they could chew. I know one person who was asked to join their grocery...

Pros: Price Cons: Everything but price
Yeah, yeah, yeah...so ya get the best prices on your airline tickets. GREAT! However, does the word convenience mean anything to travelers? If it does read on.
Priceline is a great deal if that what your are looking for. A cash strapped...

Pros: Cheap rates Cons: Not much flexibility
In the last year, we have used Priceline a number of time for both hotels and airline tickets. Priceline has its upside and downside.
On the plus side of Priceline, you can get tickets and hotel rooms dirt cheap. Simply enter the...

Pros: N/A Cons: Not able to choose time of flight
A few weeks ago I watched my roommate purchase a plane ticket on-line. He used the website priceline.com. I constantly see commercials about this website and the commercials make it seem like the best website ever. From watching my roommate...

Pros: great results Cons: need to be flexible
Hmmm...makes you wonder about a company when the main spokesman hasn't even used the services. William Shatner was on a new magazine show, and he was asked if he has ever used Priceline personally. "No, I haven't," he stated. ...

Pros: Deeply discounted fares Cons: You've got to be flexible....and commited
Although Priceline is the most well-known...there are several other top-notch sites online that allow you to bid for drastically reduced airfare and vacation packages. I still rate Priceline.com the best for what it does, but there are...

Pros: Seems convenient. Cons: Not honest or truthful. Not as good as it seems.
Sorry to sound so negative, but I am not a happy customer with Priceline.com as a whole, and even less happy with their airline reservations. I think the whole priceline.com ordeal is a scam.
I have a best friend who reserved her...

Pros: You save for up to half-off using this site Cons: you don't always get the exact brand you wanted
What attracted me to this website was that I can buy groceries in it at "half" the price. It also stated that you can apply for a Priceline card and get 10 webdollars free.
To use this site and get half off groceries you have to half...
