Pros: Definitely a good value, price-wise.
Cons: Minor logistical hassles; I don't recommend for perishable items or people with 'must-have' brands.

Pros: Massive savings. Easy, convenient, fast.
Cons: Non-changeable, non-refundable. Also, concessions made include departure/arrival times, and no choice of airline.

Pros: for the VERY flexible traveller, occasional super deals
Cons: #1 can't bid more than 1 time on same routes and dates, not a true reverse auction
