Complete rip off and terrible service. Bait and switch is the perfect description. Had they told me up front what I learned after registering, I would have never joined but they concealed the details of their offer until after I registered and deceived ...

I was a customer of Stamps.com for 2.5 years and have to say, I wasn't impressed with their service at all. Switching to Endicia, it is now easier to write a review about Stamps.com because I have something to compare it too. First off Stamps.com has ...

I TRIED to sign up for the free trial, but had problems with the buggy software. I received an e-mail from Stamps.com saying they were sorry, but my account could not be opened. Probably due to corrupted information they received from the software ...

Pros: decent address book and personalization options Cons: poor customer service
I tried Stamps.com after seeing many online banners. The idea is interesting, and seemed that it should work using the appropriate supplies. I have had some trouble with their customer service, however. I waited a long time for the postage scale and...

Pros: Convenient for large numbers of stamp Cons: Hassle for just a couple stamps -
No international postage -
Bad customer service experience
It is a lot more cumbersome to go thru the login/postage-purchasing/printing process then to simply stick a stamp on an envelope. The free postage made it tolerable, but that's over with now.
So what do normal people need a service like this...

Pros: None Cons: Money may be stolen from your account, customer service is beyond horrible.
Stamps.com has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered online or off. They have total disregard for their customers. This is the earmark of companies that are headed for the scrap heap and there is no doubt in my mind that is where they will...

Pros: Easy to use, highly convenient Cons: Media limitations, internet dependent
Postage from my printer!!! Beat that for convenience. Stamps.com is definitely the wave of the future. No more trips to the post office for those pesky little stamp booklets. I usually lose them before I've used up the stamps in them, anyway. And...

Pros: convenient, affordable Cons: may run out of money
This is probably one of the few websites that actually does what it claims to do. It saves you time and money. Although you pay a premium for the stamps, the time you save by not having to go down to the post office is worth it. Plus, if your using...

Pros: Quick easy, convenient Cons: Can't send overseas
I thought about coughing up thirty or forty bucks when I first heard about online postage last July, but then I reconsidered, since it's only a short drive to my small rural post office and the lines are never really long. I also reasoned that like...

Pros: Saves a trip to the post office Cons: Expensive, inconvenient, poor customer service
I decided to try online postage to save trips to the post office and to take advantage of the free introductory offer. I wasn't able to try the service during the initial 30-day trial so I was charged the minimum $1.99/month fee. After finally trying the...
