HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I CANNOT SAY IT ENOUGH! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST ONLINE RIPOFF EVER! You can do the same things at USPS.com FOR FREE! You think you get your account right away, once you go through and fill out everything, it takes a couple ...

First of all, I don't understand why there is a monthly fee for this service, and in addition you have to pay for your postage. What do you get for this fee? Any minor convenience could not be worth it. The only people I can imagine having a use for this ...

I signed up for one of there promotions that included a free digital postage scale that they charged $9.75 for shipping and handling. A follow-up E-mail stated my order would be processed in 1 day and shipping would take 5-9 business days. After 20 ...

I read about 20 of these reviews and no one spelled out the exact specifics of the bait and switch. The only thing that comes with the trial is $5 shipping. The remaining offers are awarded AFTER the trial is completed (i.e. once you pay). The first ...

I think that STAMPS.COM needs some competition. This must be the WORST COMPANY on the market. My opinion is that their billing practices are criminal. Some months ago I sent them an email and canceled my ...

I strongly caution anyone against ever using this service. It may work well for some people while they are using it. But, if you ever want to cancel, it is a nightmare. I decided Stamps.com wasn't what I needed immediately after downloading the ...

I recently submitted an old photograph of my father and his children in the backyard of our family home that I had intended as a Father's Day gift. The photo was rejected, I was advised, because it was "vintage." I assumed that this must have been a ...

I signed up for a "free" trial period. Unfortunately it is not free as when the 28 days (not month as advertised) and you don't close the account, they change you for that month! When I called to complain, the Indian customer service rep told ...

Please read the fine print. There is a monthly service fee! Even if you do not use the service. I mailed one package 6 months ago and just received a $80 bill. I called and complained, but there was nothing they could do. I will ...

Pros: easy, fast, saves money in runs to the PO Cons: You need a really good printer
I first tried this due to the free trial, and have loved it since. This service will save you much in time, and with the price of gas, do ya really want to run to the post office? I got the CD and installed it right away. I now use it almost every day...

Pros: where more than single stamps are used, can specify exact postage. Cons: slower on 33 cents; software needs to be installed
I liked stamps.com but stopped using it because regular postage stamps are faster to use. My daily volume averages about 2 envelopes per day, mostly single 33 cents stamps, but sometimes 5 or so stamps are required. Particularly for the 33 cents...

Pros: convenience, address checking Cons: 10% surcharge
Why do I want to pay $2.00 a month, minimum, to be able to print postage?
That's roughly six stamps. Six pieces of mail.
I'm reviewing Stamps.com because it's probably the best of the lot. Some are even more rediculous. But...

Pros: Mail at office Cons: Cost too much, requires to many hours to tech service.
Stamps.Com is a limited resource when it comes to using them in a business setting that has to ship packages around the world. I tried them for a couple of months and when their lousy printer (Dymo EL60) did not print, I had to ask for a refund. Once I...

Pros: Convenience Cons: none
Yes I feel a hurray for Stamps.com.....I just love the idea of not having to go to the post office on them rainy, snowy days. You just can't beat the service charge at all, especially for small consumers like me, who needs the postage for many letters...
