Pros: No lines at post office, but I can order stamps Cons: Too much trouble, bad bookkeeping
I tried this service last year, right before Christmas. Sounded like a good deal, and I used the free postage to mail my Christmas cards and packages. It took a while to get used to the system, but I eventually got it going.
Seemed like a...

Pros: Saves you time. Cons: Staffing cuts render customer service non existent, system eats postage with no refunds.
My small business needed a better way to mail letters, Priority Mail envelopes and occasional Express Mail. Since I have a day job, I rarely can get to a post office.
Stamps.com frees you from any post office trips.
After a brief...

Pros: Don't have to go to the Post Office Cons: Addresses Required, not good for high volume
I work for an organization that uses $1,000-$1,500 in postage monthly. I was hoping to find stamps on the internet so we could printout our postage whenever we needed it but unfortunately there seems to be requirements that are too time consuming for...

Pros: Don't have to go to the post office to purchase postage Cons: Has a $15.99 service fee & it's more time consuming than convinent to print up postage than place a stamp on the envelope.
Registered with Stamps.com and was given $50.00 of free postage, credited to my account and was offered a free postal meter. The registration was easy and helped me to apply for a Postal License online. I admit it was a bit confusing a first, ...

Pros: easy to use, no more trips to the post office Cons: you have to pay $19.99 a month, plus the cost of labels
I found out about Stamps.com from a friend and it sounded like a excellent deal. In fact to good to be true. So I called the customer service number and I was told that $19.99 is all I would pay a month for unlimited postage. Yeah right! Boy was that...

Pros: home purchase, easy to use Cons: only pay with credit card
Its amazing what you can do on the internet these days! I think all this Internet excellence is making everybody lazy! But i love it! If you wanted to you could stay at home and never leave again, as long as you have a computer with an internet...

Pros: None Cons: All
I don't see the advantage over regular postage here. Sure, i saw the link and clicked on it, but the only reason I did was because of the offer for twenty five dollars worth of free postage when i signed up. So i decided "What the heck, it says I...

I have been with Stamps.com for quite awhile now and find it very helpful in my home business. I offer postage as a bonus to my customers. Got to have a gimmick to get them in the door you know! Of course, they pay for the postage. I don't charge over ...

I joined Stamps.Com for the convenience of being able to buy stamps on-line, print up stamps right at home to save the hassle of going to the post office, and have the availability to ALWAYS have stamps! Stamps.com had a great incentive to join, with $10 ...

Pros: No hardware needed Cons: No book rate or parcel post
I currently have three different means to do metered postage - in addition to E-Stamp I also have a stamps.com account and a regular Pitney Powes meter machine.
Unlike E-Stamp, Stamps.com does not require you to have special hardware at home....

My experience with Stamps.com has been horrible. The only 2 good things about it was the blissful illusion that I would never have to go to the post office again and that I would get free stuff. The illusion didn't last long however. Yes, gone are the ...

Being in on-line sales, One of the most time-consumed experiences in this line of business was to stand in line at the post office. Having several items at once, I often heard sighs and grumbles behind me as I opened my arms and dumped in front of the ...

The signup process was simple enough. However, things fell apart from there. They're billing is done in monthly increments and it seems they lead you to believe that you get the first month free.... You DON'T!! It is only 28 days, and even that’s ...

I really wanted to like it. Great concept. You can print all sorts of postage from your home. This includes all mail classes and all special services. They even offer private insurance. The problems are all around connectivity to their postage ...

Pros: No need to go to the Post Office Cons: You have to use basic envelopes.
Stamps.com is good idea, but they just can't make me happy.
As good of an idea it is, they need to add some options maybe. It would be nice to adjust it for any size envelope, not the just basics. I use many types of stationery and envelopes and...
