i had many problems dealing with travelocity. first of all, i had to wait a long time being transferred through their directory of customer service. but what large 1-800 company doesn't make you wait?

While Travelocity does an excellent job providing timely information, easy online transactions, and attempting to keep you updated, their No Changes policy on "Good Buy Fares" is simply unacceptable.
You can't transfer it to someone else....

Pros: Fairly convenient, Allows limitation to fully changeable tickets Cons: Will show inconvenient AA flights and ignore more convenient flights on other airlines.
I switched from Travelocity to Expedia when I discovered that it was showing me inconvenient flights on American Airlines to the exclusion of more convenient flights on other airlines.
