We bought flights and hotel for me, my husband and our two kids. After the reservation was paid for and I assumed that they gave us a room where we four would fit I called the hotel just to confirm. they told me we only had a room with a king bed and ...

Pros: Gives you a wealth of choices, good prices, respects privacy and security. Cons: Difficult site to use, crashes and times out more than it should, indifferent customer service.
Travelocity is an excellent service for people who travel a lot or are masochists (I realize there is a lot of overlap between these two groups). If you are savvy enough to recognize the difference between a good deal and bad one, you'll do well with...

Pros: finds cheap flights, flexible, easy to use Cons: slow at times
This is a very good website. Short of finding an e-saver, Travelocity provides users with the largest choice of flights and finds the best prices. I have called numerous airlines after finding prices on travelocity and travelocity has always been...

Pros: fast and effective Cons: unrelable
If you don't have the time for trip, you might not want to visit this site. With great deals highlighted, and lots of destinations discussed, you're likely to come away from a visit to the site wanting to head off someplace new and different. You'll find...

Pros: NONE Cons: It is slow!
Travelocity has not helped me one bit. I have tried to login or to sign up and it has never let me. This has forced me to join other more advanced travel agent pages like Expedia. Even though Travelocity has much you can do to book a ticket, a room,...

Pros: none Cons: all
I do not like Travelocity.com because of their customer service. I wish that Preview Travel had not joined forces with them (at least when I typed in previewtravel.com I was taken to the Travelocity site). I purchased a ticket through them on June 7....

Pros: Convient Cons: You have to break your relationship with your Travel AGent
I just had this grand idea! I want to go to Hawaii this summer! and well, I have no idea how much the ticket prices cost. My mom suggested to try "Travelocity" to find out...and well..it was just to easy. All you really had to fill out is...

Pros: Good interface, good prices, good travel times... Cons: Had to fly through Pittsburgh...
Upon recommendation of a friend, I used Travelocity.com to find tickets to get from LA to Providence. I wound up getting a $215 airfare, which is pretty good considering that my final destination was Boston, and it was $350 for that route.

Pros: Easy to navigate Cons: Total bait and switch. Incredibly bad customer service
I used to use this service, until last week. I fell for one of their "value price" tickets. When I called the airline to upgrade my ticket, I was told "Sorry, you are on a Travelocity ticket and you get no miles, no upgrades and we can't even help you...

Cumulatively, I've waited on hold to speak to a customer service rep for close to 6 hours, and I STILL haven't been able to inquire about my reservation. I don't believe more than one person is employed at the Travelocity call center. I am waiting as I...

I became a Travelocity member so I can take advantage of the "benefits" which so far are nothing as the restaurants I visit are never on their list and I can get the same hotel prices going through other sites. The worse thing is, I booked 2 days of a...
