20 word minimum? I wrote Travelocity a 3 page letter on how much they suck. It took 90 minutes but I spent 6 hours on the phone fixing the problems presented. I'm one of those worse case scenarios. Details: decided on a last minute package from NY to ...

Travelocity always has the best deals on flights, usually outdoing their competitors like Orbitz, Hotwire, etc. The website is fairly easy to navigate and can retain a memory of your flight choices for later retrieval.
I will continue to book...

Travelocity has great deals, but the price you pay after reserving makes the service not worth it. Twice (once in Hawaii and once in Las Vegas) they had not booked the hotel room at all and customer service was no help. The latest was a flight to ...
