Terrific service & web site

I travel for business at least once month (often, it's more than that). I used to use my company's in-house travel agency but have recently started to use Travelocity.Com because of it's availability 24 hours a day. Travelocity has not disappointed me yet -- something I can't say about our in-house travel department.
Travelocity's web site is extremely easy to use and understand. Everything about your travel plans and preferences is up front and very explicit. There was no question as to how much my airfare, rental cars, hotels, etc. are going to cost.
The thing that has impressed me most about Travelocity, however, is the customer service on their 800 telephone number. I have had to call a couple of times when flights have been cancelled or I need to change my reservations. Every time -- without fail -- the Travelocity customer service has been terrific. They understand when these things happen and they work as hard as they can to get you new reservations and update your travel plans.
I once tried Microsoft's Expedia service and the experience was the complete opposite. I haven't tried any other services but I don't see any need to. Travelocity is like having my own personal, virtual travel agent. And, they're open 24 hours a day, seven days a week!
