Go for it. :) I love using epinions to "spread the cheer" when it comes to companies, books, movies, web sites, etc. that do a great job. The King Arthur Flour Company is one of the nicest companies I've ever dealt with, so I love sending them more customers!

Their on-line ordering is *fantastic*! The checkout is designed superbly - very clear, lots of chances to correct mistakes. And they have this nifty "optimize your shipping" feature: they charge shipping by weight and when you're ready to checkout, they let you know how much "extra" weight you could buy without hitting the next shipping price point. And then they show you a list of items, by category, that fit within that weight limit.
I'd never seen something like that and was tremendously impressed. I'd been thinking of writing an epinion on it -- might just do that!
