I have been a member of desktop dollars since May 2000. However, I do not use this web site frequently due to many reasons. The biggest reason is that their pay rate is very hard to determine and it is probably very low. Despite the fact there is no precise formula or pre-agreements, I estimated the pay rate to be about 15 cents per hour. I will explain the main characteristics of the service based on the following subcategories, so you can be the ultimate judge to subscribe this service.
(Ease of use)
The process of downloading and actual use of the view bar is very simple. The installation process is very easy and fast. However, every time you try to start the view bar you will be asked to enter your ID and its password. On the other hand, once you log in, you do not have to actively surf the net to make money. But you have to click the "continue" sign about every 20 minutes. You can also keep an active status as long as you are connected to the internet, which allows you to use any other application software.

You can always find out how many ads were viewed during a month; however, it takes at least two months to find out how much money you actually earned during the month. (ex. I can only see how much I earned during June in August.)
(Minimum Payout & payment process)
The minimum payout is $20. The payments will be mailed out 1 month and 20 days after the end of the payment period (or 50 days).

Unlike some other paybar type serives, I never had trouble connecting to this web site.
In my opinion, unless you max out all other paybars for the month or plan to run multiple view bars, it is not worth your time to log on to this view bar.
