Why oh why would it not work

This passed week my sister need to order flowers. Her boss and good friends brother had been killed in a car accident. She doesn't have a computer so I told her to come on by and we could order them off line at my house. I had ordered flowers from FTD last year and had no problem with the site, so we went there.
She needed to order flowers to be sent to a funeral home from her midnights crew and another to be sent to the private home of her boss. First of all the arrangements I found not to be as nice as I remember and the pricing was much more than I remember. But we looked and found a really nice basket of flowers to have sent to the funeral home from her midnight's crew.
Now came the fun part, trying to get the order to go. We must have filled out the order 4 or 5 times and every time we would get an error. This error would tell us that something was not filled out or not filled out right. Everything was filled out right and after 4 or 5 tries we went elsewhere to order flowers. Maybe it was just the site that day who knows.
