Incovenient, unethical billing

I decided to try online postage to save trips to the post office and to take advantage of the free introductory offer. I wasn't able to try the service during the initial 30-day trial so I was charged the minimum $1.99/month fee. After finally trying the service I found printing the postage very inconvenient, time consuming, and not worth the extra cost, so I called to cancel the service. The person I spoke with was very unfriendly but said he would cancel my account. I was billed for another month anyway, and so called to complain. They said it would be corrected, then they sent an email saying it would not. They have not returned my emails since then and I have had to dispute the charge with the credit card company.
I would definitely not recommend this service. In my opinion the service is not convenient, their customer support is poor, and their business practices are unethical.
